This full-day, hands-on exploration of wine appreciation is set against the backdrop of Voyager''s commitment to sustainability and organic farming and winemaking practices.

The day begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, where you will learn about the different grape varieties, grape growing techniques, and the influence of seasonality on the vines. Following the vineyard tour, you will be taken to the Winery for a closer look at Voyager''s winemaking techniques and philosophies, with tastings straight from the barrel.

Next, you will have the opportunity to unmask the language and characteristics of wine in a private tasting room, where you will learn about renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. You will also learn about the basics of food and wine matching.

The experience concludes with a sustainably-minded lunch in Voyager''s Restaurant. This lunch features seasonal local produce, perfectly paired with Voyager''s organically-farmed wines.
