Mindful in Nature, a leading provider of mindfulness and nature connection experiences in Australia, is excited to offer a Nature Journaling Workshop in the beautiful surroundings of Kings Park, Greater Perth, WA. This workshop is a perfect opportunity to explore mindfulness meditation in a unique and inspiring way.
The Nature Journaling Workshop is designed to help you discover your innate creative ability and let go of perfection. Through a series of guided activities, you will connect with nature, express your creativity using words, pictures and numbers, and develop a nourishing connection with the natural world. Research has shown that spending time in nature and practicing mindfulness meditation can improve physical and mental wellbeing, as well as encourage a growth mindset by forming new neural pathways through learning new skills and rewiring the brain.
During the workshop, you will be supported by a qualified coach and mentor to discover your true nature. You will be invited to explore, reflect and share about what you notice around you and within you. The experience will conclude with herbal tea and delights.
